Here is your chance to own a museum quality copy of a private purchase SS insignia set.These were originally manufactured by the German firms of Wilm and Assmann in Berlin.The Assman/Wilm private purchase insignia were the choice of officers who wanted top of the line quality.The standard SS issue Visor Cap insignia were die stamped in Zinc or other metals. The private purchase insignia all display a greater amount of detail work than the standard issue die stamped sets and they are much heavier being cast in Silver.We just recently aquired several molds taken from an impeccable collection of original Assmann/Wilm insignia in pristine condition.These insignia are correct down to the last detail.The Eagle is numbered  M1/17 , RZM marked and 800 Silver content stamp and has the correct fold over prongs.The Private purchase skull that goes with this set is numbered 380/40 and has the RZM , 800 silver content stamp and an SS runes stamp.They are all cast in solid 925 Sterling Silver and each piece is hand finished to perfection.When an officer wanted the very best,this is what he bought.This cap set comes with a very nice quality presentation box.It is metal and vinyl.There is an SS Totenkopf Skull hot foil stamped on the lid.

This set is molded directly from my original Die Stamped SS Visor Cap Set .They are RZM marked with matching numbers (M 1/52) originally  produced by Deschler and Sohn,This die stamped set is very very crisp in detail and is cast in 925 Sterling Silver.The set has all the fold over prongs identical to the original insignias.They are hand finished to perfection and come in a nice presentation box with an SS Totenkopf hot foil stamped on the lid.A very nice collectors item.

These pictures are of my original Cap Skull sprued up on a brass sprue just prior to making the mold for copies.The 2 flat prongs are removed for molding proceedures.

 

 

 

 

SS Totenkopf 499/41 Visor Cap Skull

Here is an excellent reproduction cap skull molded from my original Brass die stamped skull.I picked up the original brass insignia from a collector that had it.Its brass because the vet who took it home got it from the firm that manufactured these and it was in an unfinished state at the fall of Berlin.This works out great for molding.I get much better detail since the Skull never recieved its wash.This skull is numbered with a good number 499/41.There is also an RZM stamp present.The Totenkopf insignia comes with original style fold over prongs.

Political Visor Cap Eagle Insignia

This Political Visor Cap eagle is molded from an original Assmann or Wilm firm insignia.These firms offered the very best insignia of the Third Reich.Adolf Hitler himself commissioned these firms to make these eagles.
Due to the extra weight,this eagle features 3 fold over prongs.This is the same eagle found on Adolf Hitlers personal visor cap,except his was done in gold.The detail found here is perfect.

Short Wing SS Visor Cap Eagle

This early SS short wingspan Eagle insignia is extremely rare.It is so rare that the original the mold comes from may well be the only one left in existence.The back side of the insignia is RZM marked and numbered 11/21.It has 3 fold over Silver prongs.Extremely crisp,with extra fine detail.
This is a true museum copy and a very historical piece in its own right.

NSDAP Political Leader's Visor Cap Eagle

This historic Political Visor Cap Eagle insignia is molded directly from a private purchase solid silver insignia.The best insignia Assmann or Wilm had to offer.
You will notice extremely crisp detail and feel the extra weight of this rare piece.Much more so than the die stamped standard issue eagles.This museum copy is RZM stamped and numbered m1/111.The insignia has the correct period fold over prongs.They just dont get any better than this.

Just recently,We here at Nazijewelry were commissioned by "Starr Collections" to cast a replacement set of SS Visor Cap insignia. The photographs below are of an original SS Visor Cap with owner/ photo credit going to "The Starr Collections".The one Photo is an actual time period imagery showing the cap on its original owner(Dr. Ing W.
