1. Your name 2. Complete shipping address as you want it to appear on your packages label.If you are an international customer,Please break down your address by street,city,country,etc.so we will know how the Custom forms are to be filled out.
3. What items you are wanting to order.Please include item numbers and any special requests,such as for the custom Honor Ring documents,where we will need specific information such as the name,rank,award date,service branch,etc.
4.Ring size
in U.S.sizes,we do all rings in either whole sizes
or 1/4",1/2" and 3/4" increments

you are ordering something that requires specific

will send you an email with your total including
shipping costs and our mailing address to
send a
money order.When I receive your payment,I will email you
notification that we have received your payment.Once
your item is completed (usually 7 - 14 business days
from the date I received your payment),I will email
you the day it is mailed out to you via USPS 2 Day
Priority Mail (Insured) for USA orders.If you are
one of our international customers,I will email you
the mailing information as soon as your item is
shipped out.For international orders please allow at
least 21 business days from the date the item was
mailed.Not the date that we received your payment.I
know its slow(especially when you are excited about
getting your new ring),however we have no control

we can not ship items with Swastikas or SS Runes insignia to the following countries due to those countries laws banning the import of Nazi related items. Some of the items
we offer however are not considered banned items.For
instance the SS Wedding Ring does not contain any
Swastika's or SS Runes on it , so it is therefore ok
to ship to you guys.

All our products are guaranteed to be cast using the absolute highest grade,certified industry standard .925 Sterling Silver. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue a refund less credit card fees and shipping costs.In order to receive a refund you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of delivery and return the item in the same condition as it was when you received it.The items returned must be delivered back to us within 14 days from the date you received your items. We advise you to go to your local

an accurate ring size in U.S. sizes.There is usually not a fee
involved for this service.When we fill your order ,
we make the ring per your order for the size you
request.We dont keep presized rings in stock to use
for filling orders. We offer resizing as a courtesy to
our customers who need a slight adjustment.We will
resize your ring half sizes or 1 full size either up
or down for $20.00 plus $10.50 USA Shipping costs
for a total of $30.50 For international shipping ,
you will need to email us your details so shipping
cost can be determined.
1.What material is my ring or other items I order from you made of ? Every item offered on our website is cast using pure industry standard 925 Sterling Silver which is nickel free.If ordering one of our Argentium Silver items,it is guaranteed to be .930 Sterling Silver with Germanium alloy. Quite a few of the other sites claim they are selling "silver rings",however unless they state the actual silver content of the item you are purchasing or say "Sterling Silver",you may end up getting a piece of jewelry with very little silver in it.We have ordered many rings from different sites to check out our competition and were very dissapointed in what we received.It was very obvious that the rings we received had a very low silver content and were high in other metals that are alloyed with silver,such as copper.These types of jewelry turn your finger green or black very quickly.You wont be very happy with what you bought.
